The increase the export of agricultural products plays a significant role in increasing the production capacity of this sector and the development of agriculture sector and rural areas. So that by increasing the income of the villagers, it prevents them from migrating to the city and creates the basis for investment in production. Therefore, in this study, the role of financial liberalization and trade liberalization as the most important policies of structural changes on the export of Iran's agricultural sector was investigated. The estimation of the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) related to the data of 1995 to 2020 showed that among the variables, arable land per worker, Domestic credit to private sector by banks and stocks traded turnover ratio of domestic shares respectively with coefficients of 5.94, 4.51 and 3.25 have the greatest effect on the export. The total effect of each of the policies of financial and trade liberalization is 2.81 and -1.5, respectively. In other words, the simultaneous implementation of structural change policies will increase the export of the agricultural sector, so it is recommended to measure their effects on different sectors of the economy before implementing structural change policies and then implement them. Nowadays, due to the number of advertisements and the increased awareness of customers, it has become difficult to communicate with them. They often do not respond to marketing stimulants and even consider it a nuisance. However, this research has shown that it is still possible to reach the potentials of customers with relevant and specific messages. To address these concerns and to meet legal requirements, the concept of pre-authorization consumer provides an interesting option for future engagement. This concept, called permission marketing, refers to direct marketing activities that require consumer consent for a particular company to contact the consumer. These messages are personal and relevant, beneficial and reciprocal. Permission not only has a positive effect on consumer response to interactive marketing activities, but is also a legal requirement for companies using direct marketing media. The present research, in terms of the practical purpose and the descriptive-survey data collection method, is based on correlation and in terms of time was carried out cross-sectional. The research model was evaluated with a questionnaire of 34 questions (based on a Likert scale 5-point). The statistical sample was account for 384 online customers receiving the services from the Rasht's Agriculture Department. At the end, among the 10 hypotheses proposed, two hypotheses were rejected and 8 hypotheses were confirmed. Privacy concerns were explained by 88% and permission by 50% in the model. Today, consumption has become one of the most important global issues, so the importance of consumption is so much that some define their way of life based on it. Consumption patterns are stable social behaviors related to the consumption of various goods, food, clothing, and other cultural items in society. Therefore, according to the importance of the issue of consumption, this research deals with the sociological analysis of the comparison of consumption patterns among job classes in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance and comparison with the country's tax affairs organization. The type of research is applied and based on an analytical survey method. A questionnaire was used to collect information. The results showed that the snack meal is observed more among the diploma and sub-diploma people. Less than half of the respondents pay attention to nutrients in food consumption. This issue is more common among men and those with sufficient income. The results showed that rice has the highest presence in the daily food basket of employees. On the other hand, the consumption of fish meat is less than other items. There is more consumption of soft drinks among the first occupational class and consumption of red meat among the sixth occupational class. People of the sixth class, who are part of the upper economic classes, consume less grains than others. The results showed that the attitude of the respondents regarding the consumption of foreign and domestic goods is negative only to differentiate themselves from others. Women (76.1%) use foreign clothes more than men (56.4%) due to their quality. Manuscript profile

The energy gap of greenhouse cucumbers in this research was investigated due to Iran's large greenhouse cultivation area and the high input energy entrance into these agroecosystems. Accordingly, single-flower, double-flower, middle-flower, and multi-flower cucumber varieties were cultivated at distances of 37, 42, and 47 cm. The important achievement of this research is making it possible to calculate the energy gap by the yield gap calculations. The turning point is breaking the yield gap into its constituent units, which are caused by management and arrangement, and determining the role of each one in their share of the yield gap. The results showed that up to 104 tons/ha of yield gap was created in the worst case by choosing the wrong variety and inappropriate planting distance, which is equivalent to 83,000 MJ/ha (104 tons/ha) of lost energy in multi-flower varieties. This amount reduced up to 62 tons/ha in middle flower varieties, which is equivalent to 49,000 MJ/ha of lost energy. Indeed, agroecosystems achieved higher output energy by spending specific input energy, which is the basis for sustainable agriculture and reducing the resources lost on a large scale. Accordingly, in this research, it was found that by reducing the loss of yield due to the incorrect choice of planting distance and cucumber variety, we will achieve higher output energy by consuming the same amount of input energy. With the decline of hydrocarbons, there will be a shift towards new dependencies on critical minerals and technology. Additional investment is necessary for minerals that power the energy transition, such as lithium, copper, cobalt, nickel, and rare earth elements. The geopolitics of resource policy will be affected by their supply sources and demand centers' new vulnerabilities and economic and geopolitical advantages. On the other hand, the diversification of supply chains and the sacrament of critical minerals and energy from domestic or friendly sources will be increasingly pursued by governments. Policy and the success of energy transition projects depend on the influence of wider environmental, social, and geopolitical considerations. The 'first fuel' is often referred to as reducing energy consumption through more efficient usage because it effectively cuts demand, is quick to implement, and offers cost and climate benefits. To lessen the impact of higher prices on end users, many countries are opting for subsidies like tax breaks, price caps, or discounts. Spain, for instance, has placed price restrictions on fuel and household energy use, while the UK has reduced taxes on road fuel and provided discounts on gas and electricity. Efficient measures will be negatively impacted by these policies without checks, as they will strengthen demand and exacerbate market shortfalls. To protect lower-income consumers and avoid encouraging more consumption, smart subsidies should be used. Manuscript profile

The paradigm shift in marketing science in recent years has highlighted the need for fundamental reform in this concept, these changes necessitate the need to rethink more about marketing. Therefore, one of the concepts proposed to achieve this important, is to provide a model for the concept of meaningful marketing. The purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions and components of meaningful marketing hierarchy. with a qualitative approach of several methods based on contextual-phenomenological theory and through in-depth interviews with researchers and professors in the fields of business management, sociology, psychology, ethics and philosophy, the dimensions and components of the meaningful marketing hierarchy are identified. Participants were selected through a purposive sampling process and the interviews were continued until theoretical saturation was reached and finally 27 interviews were conducted. For data analysis, principles related to contextual theory were used. The results of data coding led to the identification of three concepts that were classified into three categories. Accordingly, the dimensions of the meaningful marketing hierarchy are: achievement-oriented marketing, connection-oriented marketing, solution-oriented marketing. One of the four goals and responsibilities of marketing science is to improve the quality of life of individuals and because the dominant paradigms of this science do not meet the changing needs of today's human beings, attention to creating meaning in this concept can be examined. In this regard, the present study has identified the dimensions and components of the meaningful marketing hierarchy. Manuscript profile

Abstract In a highly competitive environment, active businesses in the world seek to maximize their profits through more sales and newer consumer markets. But the main problem is the lack of positive responses or even receiving negative responses from most of their customers because they aren't focused at the time or even because customers are more sensitive to the security of their personal information and consider receiving unwanted advertisements as a kind of nuisance. Marketers have created many concepts to attract more customers to their messages, and although they seem complex and unusual, have many applications in the process of business success. Permission marketing introduced by Godin (1999) refers to direct marketing activities in that consumer satisfaction is required to contact and promote the products and services of a business to customers (via email, SM). This study was performed in 2 qualitative phases. First, by studying theoretical foundations, the most important dimensions of privacy in Permission Marketing were studied by the meta-Analysis method. Then, the research was done through a semi-structured interview with experts, senior managers, and customers. These interviews progressed to the point of saturation until no new component was mentioned. Finally, the appropriate factors and models were extracted via the FDAHP method. Manuscript profile

The present study aimed to analyze the factors affecting sustainable urban agricultural development in 22 districts of the Tehran metropolis. This causal-comparative study was non-experimental in terms of controlling the studied variables. It was based on a survey strategy and sought to discover the relationships between the dimensions of urban agriculture, as well as those between variables through using a structural equation model. Additionally, the study was correlational research of variance-covariance matrix analysis type because of applying the structural equation modeling to assess the intended conceptual model. The statistical population included all residents in Tehran city who practiced farming in the city environment (urban agriculture) during 2018 under the supervision of the municipalities of 22 districts (n: 240). Further, the sample size was estimated at 145 by considering the table of Bartlett et al. (2001), followed by selecting the participants by using a stratified random sampling method (according to their district). A researcher-made questionnaire was utilized, the validity of which was determined by using content and construct validity. Furthermore, the reliability of the tool was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha, sequential theta, and composite reliability tests. In this study, the urban farmers of Tehran introduced the social, economic, spatial, environmental, and subjective components as important, respectively. Based on the model of the factors affecting the sustainable urban agricultural development in the 22 districts of Tehran metropolis, subjective, economic, spatial, social, and environmental dimensions with the coefficients of 0.24, 0.19, 0.14, 0.09, and 0.08 had the greatest effect on sustainable urban development, respectively. Governments' application of a new operational budgeting method requires that they and their subsidiaries be transparent, accountable to, and take responsibility against people. The commercial public concerned with health centers, hospitals, etc., and it is natural that transparency and accountability of medical universities with regard to the costs incurred and revenues earned are seen to be their most basic demands. Therefore, this article aimed to investigate the factors affecting performance-based budgeting to improve public transparency and accountability. The present study was applied in terms of objectives, descriptive in terms of the nature of a survey correlation. The statistical population was comprised of the staff at Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences (1906 people). The sample volume was estimated to be 322 people based on Cochran's formula as they were selected by multi-stage relative stratified sampling method. To collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire was provided based on the literature review and research background, and a survey of subject-related experts was conducted involving 82 items. The face and content validity of the items were confirmed by experts. Cronbach's alpha was also estimated to be greater than 0.7, which indicated the internal consistency of the items and confirmed the reliability. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used via Emus software. The findings illustrated that considering the value of t above 1.96, the standard path coefficients were as follows: causal condition variable on the main category was 0.40, main category variable on strategies (guidelines) 0.50, underlying condition variable on strategies (guidelines) 0.51, intervening variable conditions on strategies (guidelines) 0.32, and strategies variable (guidelines) on the results (outcomes) 0.83, indicating the positive and significance of these relationships. The present research was conducted in order to analyze and identify effective mechanisms on the development of entrepreneurship among rural women in Kurdistan province. The nature of this applied research was done by survey method. The research tool was a questionnaire made by the researcher, whose reliability was obtained by using the pilot test and calculating Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of the research was 27,560 rural women of Kurdistan province, and using the Cochran formula, the sample size was determined to be 204. The sample people were selected by stratified random method. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the individual-psychological, economic, socio-cultural, educational, infrastructural and marketing structure with the advantages of entrepreneurship development among the rural women of Kurdistan province. Multiple regression analysis was used to predict changes in the dependent variable, i.e., the advantages of entrepreneurship development among rural women in Kurdistan province, by independent variables, i.e., managerial, social, cultural, educational, economic, infrastructural, individual, psychological, and marketing structures. The multiple correlation coefficients in this research is equal to 0.781. According to the calculated coefficient of determination, the aforementioned constructs were able to determine 61% of changes in the dependent variable, i.e., the advantages of entrepreneurship development among rural women in Kurdistan province. articledetails Manuscript profile
